Search & Change privacy statement

Search & Change mediates financial professionals who continuously raise their impact on their organisation. We call these professionals Achievers. We mediate achievers for (interim) CFO positions and other financial roles on management level, for a range of organisations (clients). During achievers’ career, Search & Change has the ambition to be their continuous talent agent. And we scout new financial talent.

Why & how we collect data

In order to provide these services successfully Seach & Change collects personal data from clients and candidates.

Seach & Change attaches great importance to protecting the privacy of its clients and candidates. We handle your personal data with care and adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By providing your personal data to Seach & Change (via the website, email or otherwise) you agree that Seach & Change processes your data in accordance with this Privacy Statement, which we may change from time to time to remain current.

Purposes of use

The data will only be used for our talent search and scouting activities. We will contact you by telephone or email. This way we keep you informed of interesting possibilities. You can unsubscribe from receiving communications from us at any time.

What information do we collect?

We store information such as your CV, which contains your name and address. We also store your email address and telephone number. We may also store other information, such as the notes we make during a conversation.

Sharing of data

If an interesting vacancy or candidate comes along, we will contact you. If you indicate that you are interested, we will share your profile with the relevant client. We never sell your data to third parties.

Your right of inspection, correction and deletion

If you would like to report changes to your contact details, amend your CV or wish to inspect your details, please contact Geert-Jan Joosten via Geert-Jan.Joosten@searchandchange.nl. We like to maintain contact throughout your career and ask permission every three years to save your data and career wishes. This way we always keep up to date with your wishes and current career status. We can then view this information again when we come into contact again after a few years. This allows us to also alert you to specifically suitable jobs. If you do not want this, you can ask us to delete your data at any time. We will then ask permission to make a note in our system that you will not be contacted again.

We have taken measures at physical, system-technical and organizational levels to protect your personal data.
