Geert-Jan Joosten

Talent agent

Geert-Jan Joosten (1972) is talent agent at Search & Change. He grew up in an entrepreneurial environment, has two master’s degrees (engineering, business economy) and is Executive master of Finance & control. Geert-Jan was financial manager and interim financial director, but also headhunter and managing partner at an executive search agency. He worked some time in Japan, and has worked closely with SMEs, FMCG companies, retailers, e-commerce companies and medium-sized (family) businesses. This way Geert-Jan gained extensive inside knowledge of finance and a strong antenna for CFO talent.
